RETURNING YOUR ORDER:

If you would like to return your order, this must be done within 28 days of purchase, items must be returned to us in brand new condition and in the original packaging. Please note that returns can take up to 14 working days to be processed once it has been received by us.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

If an item has arrived to you damaged, please contact us , including pictures of the damage, once assessed we will send you a returns label.

We understand, things aren’t always perfect and we are happy for items to be returned. Please follow our usual returns procedure, we can then either replace the item or offer a refund.

Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer free returns.
